Day 1: Met on arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi by our representative, briefed and then depart Nairobi and drive southwards to Amboseli National Reserve famous for its spectacular view of the peak of Mount Kilimanjaro (weather permitting). Arrive at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge / Similar in time for lunch and at 1600 hrs enjoy an afternoon game viewing drive in the park. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Day 2: Full Day in Amboseli with game drives at 0630 hrs and 1600 hrs. Amboseli National Park, at the foot of Africa’s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro, is one of Kenya’s most popular national parks. It lies 150 miles south-east of Nairobi, very close to the Tanzania border. The snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro rising above the clouds dominates every aspect of Amboseli. All meals and overnight at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge / Similar.

Day 3: Early breakfast and then depart Amboseli with picnic lunch boxes and drive back Nairobi. Proceed through the lush Kikuyu farmlands and coffee plantation to the cool Kenyan highlands to arrive at the Sweetwaters Game Sanctuary in later afternoon. At 1600 hrs, enjoy an afternoon game drive within the sanctuary, which is also a private sanctuary for chimpanzees and rhinos. Dinner and overnight at the Sweetwaters Tented Camp / Similar.

Day 4: Breakfast and then depart Sweetwaters and drive further North to arrive at the Samburu Lodge / Similar in time for lunch. At 1600 hrs, enjoy an afternoon game drive within the park to introduce you to the game in the area. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 5: Full day in the reserve with game drives at 0630hrs and 1600 hrs respectively. Samburu is famous for its rare mammals that only survive north of the equator. These are the gerenuk, reticulated giraffe, Beira oryx and grevy’s zebra. All meals and overnight at the Samburu Lodge / Similar.

Day 6: Depart after breakfast and proceed southwards with a brief stop at the stunning Thompson’s falls. At Thomson’s Falls, the Ewaso Narok River drops a sheer 243 feet over a ledge of volcanic rock, to create these magnificent falls, located in the southern west corner of Laikipia, at the northern foot of the Aberdare range. The Falls attract colourful birds and provide good photographic opportunities. A nature trail at the base of the falls and through the gorge, is a safe haven for the endangered Colobus monkeys, baboons and small animals. Proceed towards the Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park arriving at Lake Nakuru Lodge / Similar in time for lunch. Short siesta and at 1600 hrs, enjoy an afternoon game drive in park, that also takes you to the shores of the lake famous for its birdlife especially flamingos that form a pink hue across the lake. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 7: Depart Nakuru after breakfast and drive through the floor of the Rift Valley to the world famous game reserve, the Masai Mara arriving at Keekorok Lodge / Similar in time for lunch. At 1600 hrs enjoy an afternoon game drive in the reserve. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 8: Full day in the reserve with both morning and afternoon game drives at 0630hrs and 1600 hrs respectively. Considered by many to be Kenya’s finest game reserve, the 650sq miles of the Masai Mara adjoin Tanzania’s well-known Serengeti, forming one ecosystem. The open rolling savannah grassland of the Mara is the home of numerous wildlife species including elephant, rhino, lion, cheetah, leopard, hyena, jackal, buffalo, eland, topi, impala, gazelle, warthog and zebra. From June to September, the annual Wildebeest migration takes place when thousands of these animals sweep across the plain and seek out new grazing areas. Day 9: epart the Mara after breakfast and drive back to Nairobi arriving early afternoon. Lunch at the famous Carnivore restaurant and thereafter, drop off at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in time for KQ310 departing to Dubai at 1920 hrs.
